We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available for Axiom Academic products, subscriptions, and services.

2. What You Are Buying

Our software tools are sold in units priced at $8 each. A unit is a defined allowance — a number of file conversions, pages, minutes, meetings, or a fixed access period — and is stated on the product card and again at checkout. Buying more than one unit is a single payment: the quantity, unit price, and total are itemised on your receipt and on your card statement. We never ask you to make repeated separate payments for the same purchase.

3. Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the product. Digital products and completed services may be non-refundable once delivered; subscriptions may be cancelled to stop future renewals. Specific terms are shown at the point of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact support@axiomacademics.com with your order reference and reason. We review requests promptly and respond within a reasonable period.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly and quickly.
